At Kedi Labs, we strive to provide accurate and reliable results for every pet. Our commitment to quality and precision drives us to ensure the utmost accuracy in every testing procedure.

Under most circumstances, test kit orders and lab activations cannot be canceled. Once test kits are digitally assigned to a customer through an order or lab activation, they cannot be repurposed. You can request a test kit order or lab activation cancellation by calling 1-713-360-2459, emailing help@kedilabs.com, or by online chat at kedilabs.com, however, we do not guarantee that any test kit order or lab activation can be canceled.

 

Lab testing involves meticulous processes, resources, and biological specimens. We cannot accommodate requests for returns or refunds once test kits have been shipped.
